Our Lady of the Valley’s Memorial Wall for the Unborn honors all unborn babies lost to miscarriage, stillbirth or abortion. Located in the prayer garden behind the main sanctuary, it provides a peaceful, beautiful place to grieve and memorialize these lost lives, and to pray for God’s healing for all those affected by their loss.

All are welcome to visit the memorial to spend time in prayer and reflection. Meditate on the sanctity of life from the moment of conception. Find hope in the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting in Heaven. Experience peace, healing and forgiveness in the boundless love of our Eternal Father.
Parishioners are encouraged to place a memorial plaque here as a step in their journey to healing peace. Naming and honoring your child can have a great impact on your grief process. The church will purchase plaques placed on the wall as a gift to you. If you would like to order an additional copy of your plaque, please indicate this on your order form; we request a donation of $5 to cover the cost of the additional plaque. Donations can be made via the OLV online giving page at ourladyofthevalley.net. Orders are completely confidential and can be made anonymously. If you choose to provide contact information, a member of our Memorial Wall support team will contact you shortly after your order to offer you the opportunity to talk about your experience, and to suggest further resources you may find helpful. We will also notify you when your plaque has been placed on the wall.
