This rewarding ministry allows the residents in the nursing home, many of whom do not have family or friends and may feel isolated, to participate in our faith community. On Sundays, a team of EMHC's will have a communion service at our local nursing homes. Once trained you will find that this is not a huge commitment but very rewarding.
