Also serves as Pastor of the St. Mary's mission parish in Ault, Colorado.

Rev. James Spahn was previously Parochial Vicar at St. Thomas More Church in Centennial, Colorado before being made pastor of Our Lady of the Valley Church in June 2002.  His studies for ordained ministry were at Conception Seminary in Missouri, St. Thomas Seminary in Denver, and completed at the Pontifical Josephinum in Columbus, Ohio. It was from the Josephinum that he obtained a Masters of Divinity degree and a Masters of Theology in Biblical Studies degree.

Rev. Mr. Harold Kimble converted to Catholicism in 1974 and was ordained a Permanent Deacon in 1989 after four years of study at St. Thomas Seminary in Denver. His first assignment was at St. Theresa Parish in Frederick. In 1991 he was transferred to Our Lady of the Valley in Windsor where he is currently assigned. He is married to Gloria and has two children, Michele and Bryan. He has three grandchildren, Kendra, Derek, and Trae. He is active in the Baptism Ministry and Cursillo and he leads our Homebound Ministry program.
